NorthStar provides event & tradeshow shipping services to various groups such as associations, corporations, marketing agencies, and government contractors. This is a high touch role focused on growing our existing customer relationships, onboarding new customers, as well as managing our daily customer orders & schedules. Contact with customers is primarily completed over the telephone, by email, and occasionally in person. Communication with our customers is manually recorded in our CRM software, Maximizer.
She or he must be willing and able to work in a fast paced environment where organization & time management are critical to successful customer engagement.
